Head’s Up for Booty Up Jeans

in Product Reviews

Many women wear form-fitting jeans to help show off their bottoms. But the upcoming Booty Up jeans are specifically engineered to “define your butt,” according to its creator, Wrangler.

Booty Ups were designed with extensive input from women who weren’t bashful about what they wanted:

“We discovered a real void in the women’s jean market when it comes to jeans specifically made to flatter your butt,” said Kelly Warren, merchandise manager, Wrangler Specialty Apparel. “With Booty Up by Wrangler, we’re filling that void by providing women with an innovative, flattering, great-looking pair of jeans that will help make you look and feel your best. There’s no other jean like it.”

In the upcoming early May catalog, Drysdales will feature these new women’s Booty Up jeans on the cover.

Drysdales will offer Booty Up jeans in a dark wash (dark blue color) and a medium wash (lighter blue). The Booty Up design is so distinctive, Wrangler has applied for a patent.

Here’s a closer look on how Booty Up jeans accentuate your bottom. First, they feature specially placed sewn darts on the sideseams to help define and shape the seat. This side photo of Booty Up medium wash jeans show the darts nicely:

Also, Booty Up jeans contain a unique half-moon-shaped, double-riser seams above the back pockets that also help lift and accentuate your derriere. A close-up of these Booty Up dark wash jeans help show these double seams:

And here’s the back of the medium-wash Booty Ups:

Finally, both of these Booty Up jeans are made with a stretch denim consisting of 74 percent cotton, 25 percent polyester, and 1 percent Spandex. This stretch fabric helps flatter and conform to your curves, yet still provide comfort.

Wranglers Booty Up Jeans for Women – when you say ultra low rise, how many inches are you talking about from the crotch seams to the top of the waistband?
Do you need the ultra skinny legs to wear these?
How much will they cost?
Do the dark jeans have that sanded look on the front of the legs? In the pictures neither color looks very sanded, I can see it more on the med wash but not on the dark jeans.

Thank you,
Sharon (still looking for those “perfect” jeans :-) )

I’ll do the best I can, since we won’t get these jeans in our warehouse for inspection until early May:

– The price of both is $64.99 each.
– I don’t have the measurements right now on the crotch to the waistband. Obviously, that’s going to vary depending on size.
– They’re not listed as a skinny-leg jean, if that’s any help.
– According to Wrangler, both jeans do have hand-sanding on the front thighs.

Patricia, the Booty Ups come in 36-inch inseams at their longest. I don’t know whether that’s long enough for you, or whether that size is in stock. If you have questions about the jeans and their availability, you can call customer service at 800-608-9800.

As for North Carolina, Drysdales is based only in Oklahoma, although we ship products just about anywhere.
